Christine Dunne Bazigou

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Linguistics and Sociology from UCD and a PGDip in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Trinity College Dublin. Christine has worked as an ELT tutor for 20 years at home and abroad. Her interests include languages, life-long learning and the Educate Together ethos in education.

Fiona Mulvey

Fiona is an SNA and our ISL teacher. She graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor in Deaf Studies, specialising in Irish Sign Language (ISL) teaching. As well as teaching in school, she teaches deaf children as part of the Home Tuition scheme, and adults and Transition Year students as second language learners in evening classes. She is passionate about ISL Recognition and is working to raise awareness of the campaign, having introduced the students to the YES ISL videos.

Dee Dooley

dee-dooleyDee obtained her Diploma in Special Needs Assistant in 2004. She has thirteen years’ experience working as an SNA in an Educate Together Primary school and joined our school in 2017. She is passionate about the Educate Together Ethos and inclusivity.  Dee loves singing, drama and art and has been known to perform the odd song or too. Her friends nickname her PositiviDEE!

Diana Doll

diana-dollDiana is an SNA in our school. Having worked as a qualified Dispensing Optician for 15 years and running her own optician’s practice for the last 8 years, she has decided on a career change which would allow her to pursue a life-long ambition of being involved in education. Diana was born in Germany and is passionate about the Educate Together ethos. She loves the outdoors, completed the Berlin Marathon and is a keen scuba diver.

Sinéad Fitzgerald-Lucey

Sinéad has over ten years’ experience as a caregiver and childcare provider, and holds a Fetac level 5 in Childcare. She has also completed a family LAMH course. She is a firm believer in the Educate Together ethos and is excited to begin a new role as a Special Needs Assistant whilst furthering her education and training in the school sector.

Josephine Sheehy

Jo has worked for 15 years with special needs children, principally as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She holds a Special Needs Assistant Certificate and Diploma, and certificates in Occupational Therapy, Healthcare,Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (T.C.I.), and Lamh (Irish Sign Language), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Studies from TCD. Jo also holds a Reiki Master certificate and has a strong interest in music and drama.

Kevin Macken

Kevin holds a BA Honours Degree in Performing Arts and Theatre Studies from University of Wales, Trinity St. David. He attended Cabinteely Adult Education for Level 5 & level 6 SNA. Kevin is also a working actor & director and also runs his own stage school.

Fionnuala O’Hara

Fionnuala is a SNA an holds Fetac Level 5 and has completed several ASD course over the last ten years. She is also a qualified Yoga teacher and children’s yoga teacher. She enjoys music and art.

Diana McGeachin

Diana qualified as an SNA in 2006 and has gained a wealth of experience since then working in secondary schools. Diana is passionate about celebrating and embracing diversity. She has many interests which include hiking, sports, travel, the Arts, the environment and Neuroscience.
