Our P.E. programme is designed to guide students to become lifelong physically active individuals. All lessons are learner centred and inclusive for all, to give the students the skills and enthusiasm to participate in organized and fun sports/recreation. Students will learn about the muscular and skeletal system to better understand the function and maintenance of their bodies. They will also be introduced to health/nutrition and will gain the ability to design fitness programmes.
